As one of Gqom’s originators, Durban producer and artist Griffit Vigo was instrumental in shaping the distorted sound that has since exploded from South Africa to become a global phenomenon.

Griffit Vigo has coined his signature sound as “Electro Gqom Music”, describing it as "a dark futuristic sound". He is constantly pushing his craft further – paving the way for the next generation of producers.
