About the artist
HALL HAUS is a french design studio founded in 2020 by Abdoulaye Niang, Sammy Bernoussi, Teddy Sanches and Zakari Boukhari. They advocate a creative approach that stems from a path between their urban and multicultural environment (hall) and design (haus). Their fields of action in design are: the object, the experience and the transmission. In 2020, they won Lafayette Anticipations residency program “À l'Oeuvre” that allowed them to create their manifesto; the “Curry Mango” foldable armchair, symbol of their identity.
In 2022, they produced their first exhibition which they called “Pour Ceux” (referred to Mafia K'1 Fry, french rap group) at l'Union de la Jeunesse Internationale. In 2023, they were a special invited studio at Maison & Objet fair in January 2023 and AlUla Design Residency in Saudi Arabia 2023-2024. They work with brands such as Nike, Ikea and more.
