Jameela Elfaki is a multidisciplinary artist and DJ based in London. She is also the founder of AZEEMA (est 2017).

As a DJ, Jameela blends sounds from her East Midlands - British upbringing with her Sudanese roots: blending cultures, rhythms and sounds. No doubt influenced by her Dad’s love of Reggae and her Mother’s classically trained ear.

She leans into her fascination with storytelling, smooth sounds, love of body shaking rhythms & sound discovery to bring a plethora of sounds to every set. You can catch her playing a wide range of music from many corners of the world, House, Afro-house, UK funky, dub & break beat, Jazz / Neo soul, to Rnb and Gnawa House. She brings a certain playfulness and inquisitiveness to every set.
