Jay Rags (Yei Reks) is a Baltimore (USA) native who is now based in Medellin, Colombia. He is a deejay, poet, promoter, businessman, former owner of Nubohemia coffee shop, a founding member of the House Music Festival called "Collective Minds", and creator of the Baltimore based Afro-centric House music party called Soul Fiesta.
