Chukwuemeka Gabriel Obi is a producer, composer and songwriter, who started music production in 2014 but before then had played multiple instruments. Obi's first production credit was on the 2016 song “Situationship” with Odunsi. From there he moved on to work extensively in the underground Nigerian scene at the time, producing “Take Me There” off of Odunsi’s break out ‘rare’ album, “sparky” and “murvlana” off of Cruel Santino’s “Mandy and the Jungle” and “Stranger” and “Fools” off of Tay Iwar’s “Gemini” album.

His main works had been solely music production up until the song Stranger. More song writing credits include the songs on Gold which were cowritten by Mav culminating with the song “Special Kinda” off of Tiwa Savage’s Water & Garri EP, where he also produced the track.
