With Guest: Brumeh "Brum3h" Oghenekaro began his musical journey in the children’s choir of his church, where he nurtured his songwriting as a form of expression. While studying at university, he briefly explored reality TV talent shows before redirecting his focus to a creative partnership with producer Golddrummachine. Together, they introduced the "Alternate Soul" sound and released standout tracks like "Stay Over" and "Based" on their joint project To Name A Few. Brum3h’s debut solo single, “White Collar Man,” struck a chord with young Nigerians, and his 2019 debut EP, The Big Blue, became an underground +234 RnB staple with heavy radio play.
Since then, Brum3h has continued to evolve, releasing fan favorites like “Criminal,” “Hit Me Up,” “Scatter,” and “Deeper.” His sophomore EP Typewrit3r Vol. 1 peaked at #14 on Apple Music’s RnB album charts. Known for his captivating live performances, he has shared stages with artists like Wizkid, AG Baby, and Asa, and completed a headline tour in 2022. Drawing influence from Frank Ocean, Victoria Monét, Asa, Coldplay, Tay Iwar, D’Mile, and London Grammar, Brum3h uses music as both therapy and storytelling. His soulful, genre-blending sound continues to connect with listeners and solidify his place in the evolving landscape of Nigerian RnB.
