This week on HEARD Radio, I'm joined by NMSS, who is a multifaceted DJ / Producer born from the blend of French and Ivorian heritage. After organizing events in Strasbourg, France with his collective and releasing a few EP’s, he decided to move to Brussels and create his own label Flat Earth records. The goal of the label is to explore the cognitive bias of the human mind and release the music of his friends. NMSS is now a resident on Kiosk radio where he hosts the Connect show by mixing and inviting Dj’s that inspires him. He plays all around the capital under different alter egos sometimes undercover. He now organizes events with his collective Retina inviting dj’s from all over Europe.

Sidney’s sets are filled with raw energy and influenced by the beginnings of Electro, UK Bass music or Post Club. Afro-Caribbean rhythms blend with cosmic melodies and hostile basslines in either euphoric or dystopic atmosphere. He authorizes himself some off-track moments by picking in the repertoire of Ambient, Electronica, Jungle, Ghetto Tech, Hyperpop or Trap. Let yourself be guided by his robotic groove.
