With Guest: BeBass. On the sun-drenched shores of Réunion Island, BeBass cultivated his musical passion as a self-taught artist, initiating his first chords as a singer and bassist in metal bands. The echoes of this impactful experience resonated over time. In 2016, after perfecting his mastery of sounds at the CIAM in Bordeaux, a new melody captivated his soul: electronic music. Bass music, an audacious fusion of deep rhythms, emerged as his preferred genre.

However, BeBass, a true sonic craftsman, didn't hesitate to explore other musical horizons, drawing inspiration from the diversity of cultures. His eclecticism reached its peak on stage alongside artist Maya Kamaty, a collaboration that led him to the prestigious Vieilles Charrues festival.

But BeBass's talents extend beyond live performances. His compositions, genuine soundscapes, transcended the boundaries of audiovisual art, enriching documentaries like "La véritable Rose de Bourbon" by director Maeva Thurel, a creative partnership that endures through various projects.

Radiating his skills as a lighting director, BeBass forged connections with contemporary dance companies. Didier Boutiana of the Soul City company was among the first to trust him, initiating a fruitful collaboration.

His musical influence stretched to Mauritius, where Mélanie Peres sought his artistic talents in 2023 to lead the creation and composition of her new EP "KOZMAN". However, amidst multiple collaborations, BeBass's creative soul continues to flourish in solo endeavors. Recently, his talent shone in a compilation by the Radio Chiguiro label, unveiling an immersive experimental piece titled "Batay Cok"—a captivating fusion of sonic explorations. The future already resonates with the composition of a magnum opus: a dance project of an hour and a quarter in collaboration with Didier Boutiana. BeBass, the architect of sounds, sculpts the future of music with boundless creativity.
