This month on Mineral House, we are traveling back to the year of 1984, inside the famous New York City Fire Department, Hook & Ladder Company 8 or known as the Firehouse from Ghostbusters movie. Even though the interior of Ghostbusters' base was filmed in a studio and a decommissioned firehouse, but let's pretend we're waiting for the supernatural investigation with Ms. Janine Melnitz. Are you ready for "WE GOT ONE!" moment? Grab a seat and prepare lots of Crunch and Twinkies.

The first movie of the franchise, Ghostbusters, was released in January 8, 1984, starred by Harold Ramis, Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray, Ernie Hudson, Annie Potts and Sigourney Weaver. Directed by Ivan Reitman and written by Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis. Fun facts: Reitman also a voice talent for Slimer, Zuul, and Egon Spengler (in 2016's Ghostbusters: Afterlife).

This show's inspired by giant marshmallow, proton packs and encounter with Gozer, Keymaster and Gatekeeper.
