We have a rather chaotic but really fun interview taking place straight after she had opened for Julien Gomes at Primetime and a high-energy, multi-genre mix of new club and modern jungle tracks.

With Guest: Nahledi’s DJ style is bouncy and melodic. It evoke feelings of great pleasure and happiness on the dancefloor. Her mixing of genres is confluent and creates a transcendental, yet unconventional energy which speaks for itself. Nahledi is based in Pretoria, South Africa and regularly plays in Johannesburg and Cape Town. She has also played in Lusaka, Zambia.

Her sets encompass an idea of fluid genre-hopping, between, yet not limited to, Future Beats, Alternative R&B, R&B, Hip Hop, Pop, House and Electronica. Some have described her sets, as if she’s playing straight from their earphones and others feel like she’s is their own personal bedroom DJ.
