The Ghanaian Barbershop of the '90s and '00s, that’s where the inspiration for our next show is about. These spaces can best be described as some of the first music curation spaces in our contemporary cultural space. Apart from getting their Sportin' Wave cuts, these spaces where were many a Ghanaian millennial got introduced to aspects of the Black American contemporary sound particularly RNB and Hip-Hop. Join us throwback and reminisce some of the sounds of the era which played on the HiFi systems that were usually present in these barbering shops.
