This month, we took a deep dive into the life and journey of spectacular visual artist, Araba Ankuma and does she have some hilarious stories for y'all!

Special Guest: Araba Ankuma is a montage artist whose multi-disciplinary work ties together visual narrative and experiential design. Her latest works feature highly contextualized visual collage, tapping into a decade-long relationship with documentary photography. With a history in choreography-based production, Ankuma brings an eye for light and an ear for sound to her work as she mixes social and passive mediums. Badgalbob is a Ghanaian/ British musician, visual artist, curator, producer, creative director, strategist, practicing DJ and founder of The Rogue Collection: a digital platform and brand dedicated to championing emerging artists of African descent. She began her independent creative journey in 2017 and has since released the EP, SummerberryPassionFruitMedley as Aamowi. In 2020, she also released the self-produced music video for her single, Summerberry (co-directed with Lloyd Sarpong). She continues to curate and create, inspired by the worlds within and outside of her.
