Multidimensional artist and anthropology student B4DMAN works to curate robust and intentional sonic experiences that consistently challenge the margins.

The Nigerian Yoruba DJ is taking a dynamic approach to music, one that is rooted in exploring the genre-defying realm of African rhythms, including contributions from the diaspora. B4DMAN spins a mix of Afrobeats/rap/fusion, Electronic, House, Techno, and Club hits. For the artist, music serves as a landscape to explore narratives of resistance and survival; furthermore, contributing to the inter-generational work to build community and further Black creativity.

Currently based in Chicago, the artist’s time is also split between Lagos, NG and Maryland, US.
