Winfred Ametepe popularly known as DREDW in entertainment circles, is Ghanaian and is best known as a music producer and DJ. Dredw fell in love with music at an early stage, with beatboxing being his first step before settling as a music producer getting him a deal with renowned record label Lynx Entertainment as an in-house producer. music producer greats like Sarz, Masterkraft, E.L, Richie Mensah, Juls and Peeweezil are said to have influenced Dredw’s music greatly.

Dredw has collaborated with amazing acts like Oxlade, Mr. Eazi, Juls, E.L, Yaa Pono, Richie Mensah, Pappy Kojo, Magnom and more. In between that time he also worked as a sound engineer, working on many projects for countless number of organizations across the city of Accra, later landed him movie scoring credits for the movies; 18:42 Movie (released in 2015) and Gold Coast Lounge Movie (released in 2019).

As music producer, Dredw has produced songs like “Camidoh - Addicted featuring Amaarae”, "Edem - Real & Fake" , "Flowking Stone - My Way featuring Dr. Sid & Krayon" among many others and as part-time DJ, Dredw has played some great sets at Polo Beach Club, Alora beach club, Moodbar, Treehouse, The Playlist Party and many more, landing residency at Kempinski Hotel and Corks Lounge, all in Ghana. “Luv Lyf” with songstress Essilfie is the latest project out in his name.

His dedication and hardwork landed him a feature in the Colossium Magazine published in 2018 and international with guest mix features on Reprezent Radio and NoSignal Radio, both in the UK.
