Trying to define my music within a single genre is challenging. My music and live sets are ever-evolving as they are a reflection of my life at any given point in time. That holds true for the inspiration and influences that shape my music as I’m constantly discovering new music that inspires me. Naming all of them would be impossible, but Jazz, IDM, UK Breakbeat, Ambient, Hip Hop, Leftfield and Jungle are a couple of the genres that have been fundamental to shaping my sound.

With Guest: Louis in the Lab - Music has been one of the few constants in my life, but only in 2021 did I start producing my own music. Having bought my first synthesizer in late 2021, I fell in love with subtractive analog synthesis. This was when I started producing on hardware and it completely shifted my focus to the process of creation, rather than obsessing over the final product and that’s exactly why I play live. It’s the only medium that allows me to simultaneously share my music and my creative process with a dance floor.

To this day, I haven’t released a single song and I don’t plan on it anytime soon. Sharing my music outside of a dancefloor context wouldn’t allow for the intimacy of the music to be communicated. I want people to come and experience the music on the dancefloor, with me, allowing them to directly influence the music and form part of the creative process.
