"I like music and I like people. So I thought it would be cool to play music for the people.”
Born and raised in Paris with a French-Senegalese background, Moussé grew up in a household where music wasn’t just on — it was the main character. Influenced by West African rhythms, US hip hop, UKG, jazz and salsa, he draws inspiration from the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Toumani Diabaté, Lauryn Hill, SAULT, and Crazy Cousinz. Guided by feeling, not genre, his sets are diverse, soulful, and unapologetically for the crowd. Expect surprises. And jazzy melodies. And bass. Also, he listens to Tracy Chapman in the shower.
