Homeplace - Sounds of Resistance invites LO-LOW

With Space Black

Space Black founder & DJ Tabideee weaves her conversation with this shows guest LO-LOW, and her chosen Homeplace London.

Born and raised in the east of the city, LO-LOW'S selection is beautiful a homage to the spaces and sounds that formed the foundation of her eclectic taste today. From Essex basement clubs to early 90's shopping centres- her curation are sonic footprints of the city that lead to FOLD- the canning town club and third space for LO-LOW and her community.

With Guest: Spirited by nature, LO-LOW aims to give back to audiences what the club has done for her. Encouraging freedom in expression on the dancefloor, euphoria, community and to make you break a sweat. LO-LOW’s eclectic selections often juxtapose genres, to create a buoyant and sonically diverse dance floor experience, eclectically blending everything from deep house, techno, electro, ballroom through to breaks and pop.

LO-LOW also co-produces and has presented Fold Talks, a new series ran by the London club, which is aimed at giving under-represented communities a voice in the electronic music realm.
