Carina Tenewaa is an Accra-based curator and founder of African Urban Alternatives and co-founder of AYA Editions and Where Are the Womxn. She is also a doctoral fellow at the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg and a postgraduate student at Central Saint Martins, London. All her creative ventures focus on supporting creative career paths, empowering women and building liveable, equitable cities for all.
