With Guest: Juba is a dynamic DJ and a child of the UK’s Nigerian diaspora, known for her genre-blending style and infectious energy. Since 2017, she has performed at global stages like Berghain-Panorama Bar, Nyege Nyege Festival, and Glastonbury. Her mixes for Boiler Room, Mixmag Lab, and collaborations with artists like Pongo have solidified her international presence.
In 2022, she co-founded her club night Ọ́KỤ́ at Berlin’s Tresor. She also hosts community-focused events in London with her collective Boko! Boko!. In addition to being a resident on Cashmere Radio and Rinse FM, Juba produced the Assurance documentary, shedding light on female DJs in the Global South.
She’s dedicated to using music as a tool for social change, curating cultural projects and speaking on storytelling as activism.
