Raised as a drummer in the evangelical church choir, Aaron Dunkies' childhood exposed him to musical genres such as Ghanaian highlife, 80’s and 90s gospel, soul and black spiritual music. Over the years he became a record collector and selector, with collecting anything ranging from free jazz to house classics.
