Nakano Blu for the first 30 minutes with some heavy club constructions & Passion DEEZ for the second half bringing more slow bass to set the tone.

With Guests: Spanish-born, Amsterdam-based NAKANO BLU has been in Amsterdam since 2021 and, after an early time of lo-fi house and dub techno, his practice moved into the sounds of IDM and diasporic-latin influenced club music. Alongside the dancefloor focused tracks, NAKANO BLU has exhibited a collaboration project with photographer Kim Boske for her solo show at FLATLAND Gallery in Amsterdam and his first museum show for 'AIZOME' at De Utrecht in Leeuwarden. The combination of installation sound compositions and genres like IDM or Jungle is what NAKANO likes to call ECM or 'Experimental Club Music'. His sounds can be heard on Berlin's well known dark techno label Corresponding Positions Records, Kosovo's LXVIII and in various V.A. compilations by Lo_Fidelity and Infinite Pleasure. His releases have also been premiered in the incredibly respected channels The Brvtalist, SoundsFromNowhere and HATE.

Bass Music selector PassionDEEZ [he/him] plays a blend of electronic sounds from 2-step and dark garage to instrumental grime and breakbeats. Coming from a decade long background in pirate radio and dubstep parties, DEEZ focuses on playing darker grooves and more percussive riddims bringing a unique perspective to the Dutch dance culture. Pushing the London sound and the lockdown productions from his peers, DEEZ always turns up with a bag full of tricks and a story to tell.

Picking up the USB stick and dusting off forgotten wax in 2020, DEEZ toured the Dutch radio stations like a bat out of hell and reclaimed a space at the table with his refreshing curation. Playing a set pretty much every week during a pandemic made DEEZnuts hard to miss while we were all sitting at home reminiscing about our beloved club scene.
