Moone (They/Them) is an Ivorian Dj, Music Curator and Writer. Starting out early 2021, The self-taught Dj has crafted their art around African Electronic Dance Music, a multi facets genre that they are now exploring in depth. Mixing Afrohouse, Gqom, Kuduro and other electronic sounds from Africa and the diaspora, Moone curates eclectic, high in energy yet very emotional sets that are able to move crowds.
Anisa Nuh-Ali is a multidisciplinary artist, researcher and documenter based in Sheffield and a resident at Mondo Radio. She works in a wide variety of media, from installation, moving image, sound and creating sculptural ready-mades. She has a continuing exploration into found and inherited objects. Through these materials, Nuh-Ali investigates the expectations of Black performativity, specifically focusing on the commodified sporting and entertainment spectacle, as well as culture and rituals from her heritage.
