In this EP, I pay homage to the greatest Brazil Black Party Magic Man we have: Jorge Ben Jor.

There isn't a family home or a garage party that this black guy didn't liven up. There isn't a broken and mended heart that this black man hasn't consoled.

Jorge Ben is what became electronic, when it was still organic. It's jazz, it's carnival, it's diaspora, it's music of the Brazilian soul.

His repertoire is infinite and full of classics, so this selection contains more of the b-side that touches me, practically a prayer. Enjoy!
