Genesis is a talk- and music show hosted by Accra-based Aimée and Elinam, who together form Genesis Collective.

Aimée is an emerging Dj that has entered the Accra art scene with a bang! She's a part of VVE Dj collective in Denmark. After many visits to the country she moved to Ghana in 2021, She blazes the dancefloor with her blends of Afrohouse, Afrobeats & Afro-Latino rhythms, sounds with deep percussions that make the people move & dance! Elinam (But I'm Not a DJ) like her stage name suggests, is slow to consider herself a DJ just yet, A lover of instrumentals first. She plays a catalog of music depending on mood rather than the audience, be it the 90's beats of J Dilla, the psychedelic strings of jazz fusion band Khruangbin or the electronic beats of Kaytranada. The aim is to make listeners FEEL.
