Season 4 Episode 1: “Mystic Force Older Than Time”

For the first episode of 2025, I’m excited to share my first glitchcraft sonic performance piece, “Mystic Force Older Than Time”. Glitchcraft is a reconstructive approach to media making which subverts the positionality of discarded ephemera within the audiovisual archives of the global South. It reasserts their hauntological properties in the modern landscape through a reinterpretive process involving signal disruption, glitch manipulation and circuit bending of similarly obsolete technology.
